Covenant Healthcare established Covenant Medical Group in 1993 to enhance its role as an integrated, regional system of health care providers, services and sites. Covenant Medical Group was developed to foster strong relationships with physicians who share this vision.
Goals of Covenant Medical group
To help physicians position themselves in the changing environment of accountable health plans and managed competition.
To assist physicians in meeting the needs of the medical practices.
To give physicians a strong voice in Covenant Healthcare.
Covenant Medical Group (CMG) provides an employment option for physicians who wish to fully integrate with Covenant Healthcare. CMG currently has more than 70 physicians in 18 locations. Covenant Medical Group offers a variety of employment opportunities to qualified candidates who provide support services (medical assistants, nurses, medical receptionists, etc.) to it's network of physician offices and clinics throughout southeastern Wisconsin.
