Marian Franciscan Center is a 345-bed transitional subacute and extended care facility, offering an alternative to patients who no longer require the high level of care provided in a hospital, but who have complex medical needs related to or following surgery, illness or accident. Transitional rehabilitation offers a coordinated program of therapies and services designed to help disabled individuals attain the highest level of function in the least restrictive setting, while meeting their needs. Caregivers also focus on relieving, reducing and managing the symptoms of a pain and the side effects of treatment. Marian Franciscan Center offers an attractive, non-clinical setting which can help patients make a smooth and comfortable transition from hospital and home.
