The Terrace at St. Francis is an 81-bed transitional and extended care facility which was constructed on St. Francis Hospital campus in 1994. Services are designed to meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of each patient, bridging the gap between hospitalization and home care. Transitional rehabilitation offers a coordinated program of therapies and services designed to help individuals attain the highest level of function in the least restrictive setting, while meeting their needs. Caregivers also focus on relieving, reducing and managing the symptoms of pain and the side effects of treatment. The Terrace at St. Francis offers an attractive, non-clinical setting which can help patients make a smooth and comfortable transition from hospital and home. |
